Terms and conditions

Check-In and Check-Out hours

Normally check in starts as from 14:00 pm until 20:00 pm, all days of the week.

Check out time is no later than 11:00 am. If there is no other tenant waiting for the apartment or leaving it, owners are normally very flexible with checking out schedule. A late check out can only be confirmed on your day of arrival, or on the day before your departure.

Apartment Booking

Your booking is not confirmed until ClickSplit receives the full payment in advance and you have received the confirmation email from ClickSplit. Payments can be made by Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard, Maestro and American Express. The confirmation email contains all your booking details such as the address of the apartment, contact details, etc. We hold the payment until 24 hours after check-in and if everything is as expected, we will release the funds to the owner.

Cancellation Policy

All cancellations or changes must be made via email. Cancellations or changes by phone are not accepted.

In the event that the guest changes the dates or apartment, it will be considered a new booking and will be subject to the standard cancellation procedures. It is strongly recommended that clients purchase holiday cancellation insurance. Any cancellation, including force majeure, will be subject to the aforementioned cancellation policy.

ClickSplit reserves the right to cancel, in whole or in part, the aforesaid reservation due to acts of force majeure, with prior written notice to the client. In the event of cancellation by ClickSplit, you will be refunded 100% (one hundred percent) of reservation payment. ClickSplit shall not be liable for any damages, losses, lost profits, direct or indirect costs, arising from such cancellation.

Refund Policy

For a 50% refund, cancellation must be made at least 28 days before check-in by 12 noon CET (Central European Time). If the guest cancels less than 28 days in advance, or in case of a non-show, the nights not spent are not refunded. If the guest arrives and decides to leave early, the nights not spent are not refunded.

Security Deposit

For some apartments, a security deposit of 100-500 Euros is required upon checking in. All damage deposits paid in cash will be refunded in full at check-out, and following an inspection of the apartment for any damages.

Apartment Cleaning

The apartment will have been cleaned prior to guests arrival. Before leaving, the client is obliged to leave the apartment in perfect conditions, i.e. all waste should be correctly disposed of and the apartment tidied. If not, there will be an additional cleaning charge.


We do not accept liability or pay compensation for any loss, damage or expense where the performance or prompt performance of our obligations is prevented or affected by reason of force majeure. Force Majeure means any event which we or the supplier of the service could not, even with all due care, foresee or avoid such as war or threat of war, riots, civil strife, terrorist activity, industrial action, natural or nuclear disaster, fire, adverse weather conditions, closure of airports or ports, technical problems with transport, governmental action and all other similar events. is an on-line bookings agency and do not accept any responsibility for the apartment availability or conditions. The property owner is the sole responsible for all the aspects regarding the property’s availability and conditions. Our responsibility is limited to the booking procedure. Any claim regarding the state of the apartment, its availability, or it conditions will be maid to us in writing within no later then 15 days and will be forwarded to the apartment owner or manager.
