Confirming your booking
Your booking is not confirmed until ClickSplit receives the full payment in advance and you have received the confirmation email from ClickSplit.
The service of ClickSplit is legally limited to displaying accommodation and communication regarding bookings. Neither ClickSplit nor the owner will be held responsible for any direct or indirect damages caused to the accommodation as consequence of use by the client. This includes damages, insurance, loss due to fire, theft, and misconduct. ClickSplit is not part of the rental agreement and is not responsible for the refund of rental fees for any reason. However, complaints can be made via ClickSplit and they will be communicated to the owner.

ClickSplit reserves the right to update information published on the site at any time including (but not limited to) rates, descriptions and photographs. 50% refund up until 21 days prior to arrival
For a 50% refund, cancellation must be made at least 21 days before check-in by 12 noon CET (Central European Time). If the guest cancels less than 21 days in advance, or in case of a non-show, the nights not spent are not refunded. If the guest arrives and decides to leave early, the nights not spent are not refunded.
